String Instrument Group Concert

Many of the children who are learning stringed musical instruments played for us on Friday afternoon. They amazed us with their talent and enthusiasm. A great way to end the week and evidence of our commitment to music at St Winefride’s Catholic Primary School.

Parish Carol Concert

Both our parish school’s joined together to share the Christmas story on Wednesday evening. It was a wonderful occasion where the children sang, read and played to help us in our Advent preparations. Well done to everyone involved !

Staff Commissioned As Parenting Facilitators

Two of our staff attended a very special occasion where they were awarded certificates to celebrate their role as parenting facilitators by Bishop Marcus. Both Mrs Long and Mrs Mason have been working hard with parents at St Winefride’s Presbytery on Thursday mornings between 9.00 and 11.00. All parents are very welcome to attend and join in the fun. There is always a warm ,informal welcome and a drink . So why not join them ?

Movie And Crafts On Friday

It’s movie and Christmas crafts night on Friday at St John’s church hall for the Parish Youth Group (6pm-8pm) . It will be a great night and any of our children and parents are very welcome to attend this free event. Year 4 Water Cycle
