School Closed.

The current risks of icy pathways and roads, coupled with forecast for more snow today, poses too great a health and  safety risk and I hope a decision now reduces anxiety for parents.

Spray Paint Artwork Steals The Show

Our children created these amazing pieces of art work last week. They used new techniques taught by Mr Bullock (an art specialist) on a very special art day in Year 5. One of our media teams also filmed and edited this presentation to describe our artist’s learning.

Year 2 Get Life Cycle Lesson From Zoolab

Year 2 had the fantastic opportunity to continue their brilliant learning during a visit by Zoolab. They came into contact with some wonderful creatures which helped them learn about the life cycle of animals.

What a treat Year 1 had when Zoolab re-told the Gruffalo story using some amazing creatures. The children learned lots about the animals they saw and also had the chance to hold them.

As part of their science topic Year 3 are studying the properties of magnets. Here are two brilliant animations they have created for everyone to enjoy. They even used Garage Band to compose their own music.
