Reception Wow With – It’s A Baby

We could hardly believe our ears and eyes as Reception children capped off our Advent performances with their fantastic  version of It’s A baby. Their acting , singing and dancing were wonderful. Well done to all the children and adults !

Dear Parents and Carers
I hope you all have either, a peaceful and calm Christmas, or a fun packed noisy Christmas, which ever you desire.
Either way, I pray that it is filled with the joy that comes with a connection to the Holy Spirit. A very Merry Christmas to all our families from all the staff and governors at St Winefride’s.

Year 1 Delight With Hey Ewe Nativity

Year 1 continued our celebration of Advent with yet another brilliant performance. They delighted their audience with acting and singing that made everyone smile. Hey Ewe was definitely a hit.

It’s Lights Camera Action For Digital Leaders

Our digital leaders made a big difference to the Year 2 Nativity this year. They controlled the projector backgrounds , the microphones, the backing track and the stage lights. Phew !

As you can see from the picture below they were really busy.

Year 5 and 6 Share A Christmas Carol

Our Year 5 and 6 children did a terrific job on Wednesday afternoon as they performed a Christmas Carol. They showed us how well they know and understand  the classic Christmas story. The acting was superb as you can see from our gallery of photographs. The children rounded of the afternoon with three of our favourite Christmas songs. They even sang Silent Night in French.
