Franciscan Friars Visit School

On Monday afternoon our children were visited by  the Franciscan Friars of The Renewal. They learned about the life of a Friar and the lessons we can learn from the life of St Francis. Click on an image below to see a full size version.

Good Shepherd Prayer Cards

On Friday the whole school dressed in their own clothes as part of our fundraising for Good Shepherd. The children also bought a prayer card and added their own prayer. As you can see we had a fantastic response.

Year 4 Step Back Into Roman Times

Year 4 spent  Wednesday learning even more about the Romans in their classes and in the hall. They were given a brilliant experience by a visitor from Portals To The Past. As you can see from our picture gallery they had a wonderful time and took part in some great activities.

Short Tennis Champions

On Thursday morning our short tennis teams went to Richard Dunne Sports Centre to take part in the  Bradford School Games. Our school had wonderful success and were represented with great sportsmanship. Our school won the Year 5 team event and came third in the Year 4 event. We also had the boy and girl champions in the Year 5 competition. Well done to everyone in the team.
