Posted on 16 June 2017

On Monday our Year 4 children welcomed a visitor who helped transport them into the past. He explained to them how the Roman Empire spread , how the Romans used different kinds of weapons and showed the children important features of their clothes . Our special visitor even helped the children learn some Latin. As well as all this they even found out how to march following Latin instructions. What a fantastic way to learn !
