Reception Celebrate Learning

Reception children shared and celebrated their learning in the hall this week. They were so proud that they even took to the stage to sing, act and read.

Reception Children Embrace British Values

Our reception children are learning about London and the similarities and differences between communities. The activities have included travelling on a pretend train to London, making Union Jack flags and queen’s guards, role playing kings and queens in Buckingham Palace and having afternoon tea with scones, butter and jam. As you can see our reception children are getting a really good introduction to fundamental British values.

Fabulous Phonics For Parents

Our reception parents spent some time with their children at a Fabulous Phonics session last week. Children were actively teaching their parents how to support them in learning to read and write. A big success all round !!!
