On Saturday two of our football teams took to the pitch in the Bradford Catholic Schools Five a Side Tournament. Our Year 6 team came up against strong opposition and just failed to reach the knock out stage. However the Year 4 children made it all the way to the final and took the trophy with a brilliant display.  A big thank you to all the staff and parents who supported both teams.

Posted on 16 June 2017

On Monday our Year 4 children welcomed a visitor who helped transport them into the past. He explained to them how the Roman Empire spread , how the Romans used different kinds of weapons and showed the children important features of their clothes . Our special visitor even helped the children learn some Latin. As well as all this they even found out how to march following Latin instructions. What a fantastic way to learn !
