Cross Country Victory

Our Year 4 and 6 cross country teams battled through the snow to perform brilliantly on Tuesday. The Year 4 team won the team competition and one of our boys came first in his race. A fantastic result for themselves and the school. Cross country running needs lots of determination and they all showed plenty of that.

Rugby Team Triumph

On Wednesday our tag rugby team scored a stunning victory in the Bradford Catholic Schools rugby tournament. They played with great enthusiasm and skill to win the competition. Well done to everyone involved !

Football Teams Strike For Glory

Our football teams took part in two football tournaments over the past two weekends. At the Bradford Catholic Schools five a side the U9’s and U11;s finished third in their groups , just missing out on semi final places. The following weekend the U9’s just missed out on the knock out stages of St Joseph’s Brighouse Football Tournament. Our year 6 team performed brilliantly and got all the way to the semi finals.

Gymnastics Team Claim Victory

Our gymnastics team did a great job on Thursday when they finished first in the Bradford Key Steps competition.They gained a narrow victory which means they have qualified for another event in a few weeks time. They have worked really hard alongside their Gymnastics teacher Mrs Thornton. Congratulations to all the children and adults involved.


Cricket Team Hit Opposition For Six

Our cricket team took part in a Kwik-Cricket tournament this week and performed brilliantly. They batted and bowled with great skill and enthusiasm and finished second. They showed great sportsmanship at the end of each game by shaking hands with all the teams they played. Well done to all the children involved !
